Leadership Challenges in Global Markets
In her inaugural lecture Sheela Søgaard addressed the main leadership challenges, she faced in her time in BIG, first as CFO, then as CEO and partner.

The lecture was followed by a conversation with Professor Sara Louise Muhr. They discussed three distinct leadership challenges and their interrelations: 1) Leading sustainable growth, 2) Leading creative people, and 3) Leading diversity and inclusion.
