Præsentation

Min forskning er centreret omkring kritiske analyser af identitet og ledelse af menneskelige ressourcer (HRM). Dette specielt i forhold til spørgsmål der opstår i forbindelse med de forventninger der stilles i det moderne fleksible arbejdsliv. Indenfor denne mere brede forskningsramme har jeg arbejdet med forskellige empiriske felter så som management konsulenter, fængselsbetjente, pole dance studier og ledelsesnetværk, hvor jeg har undersøgt spørgsmål omkring køn, etnicitet, seksualitet, high performance, ledelse og work-life balance. Udover at ha min faste gang på CBS er jeg også tilknyttet Lund Universitet som docent og jeg er 'associate editor' – mere specifikt book review editor – på Scandinavian Journal of Management og del af 'the editorial collective' af tidskriftet Ephemera.
