Præsentation

I am a PhD Fellow in the societal impact of organizational theory at the Department of Organization.
My Ph.D. project is titled “Translating Theory into Practice: A match made in embodiment”.

I investigate how organization and management theory is put into practice and what this means on both an individual level and on a larger societal level. I am interested in and investigate the embodied processes that unfold when these theories traveled and are translated. I look at the influence that lived experience and the physical body has in giving theories meaning, form, and energy. I am also interested in the unintended consequences that these theories can have when translated into practice in society. I apply phenomenology and organizational studies and draw particularly on institutional theory in my thesis.

My Ph.D. project is part of the Velux Foundation project TITAN “Turning Theories into Actions”.
