Independant organizational consultant : psychological work environment, systemic process consultation and organizational development. I have a former career in IT management, that I still use to optimize efficiency and effectiveness in IT management departments and design hybrid workplaces
Pedagogical experience/method skills/supervision
I supervise bachelor theses in qualitative studies, mainly within the field of organizational psychology, organizational change, work life psychology and job market trends.
