In my PhD research project, I am investigating sexual harassment in organizations. I am exploring the concept of sexual harassment, investigating how it is understood, made sense of and negotiated between people in contemporary organizations. Using the knowledge from this study for research-based interventions, I also seek to develop new ways of dealing with sexual harassment in organizations.
I am part of the Diversity and Difference platform at CBS and involved in research projects and cooperation in the area of gender, sexuality and diversity.
