Lizaveta Dubinka-Hushcha holds a PhD in International Relations and foreign policy. She was a visiting researcher at the Department of Political Science at the University of Copenhagen in 2007–2008, a lecturer at the Belarusian State University in 2008 and a visiting researcher at the Danish Institute for International Studies in 2009–2011. She holds a double Master’s degree in International Relations and Linguistics and a BSC in Business, Asian language and culture.
