Præsentation

Henrik Andersen er lektor på CBS Law, hvor han har arbejdet fra 2003-2014 og igen fra 2018. Fra 2014-2018 var han senior lecturer på Lancashire Law School, UCLan i Storbritannien. Henrik Andersens forskningsinteresserer er især centreret omkring International Economic Law med særligt fokus på World Trade Organzation (WTO) og dets forhold til retsstatsprincipper og til klimaproblematikken. Derudover interesserer han sig for handelsforholdet mellem Kina og EU, især EU’s brug af antidumping mod Kinesiske varer, samt Kinas nye investeringsinitiativ ’One Belt, One Road’.
