Associate professor Henrik Andersen chaired—together with professor Alberto de Franceschi from Ferrara University—the European Law Institute High Level Experts Meeting on “Climate Justice – New Challenges for Law and Judges” on Friday 9 July. Among the speakers were judges from the European Court of Human Rights, the Italian Supreme Court, The Hague District Court, and the Brazilian Federal Judiciary as well as leading academics in climate justice.
