Min forskning trækker på og øger viden om virkningen af personlighedstræk og beslutningsstile på forskellige organisatoriske mål. Jeg bruger viden fra neurologi, kognitiv og social psykologi, som grundlag for mine undersøgelser af forretningsmæssig beslutningstagning. Min forskning er baseret på sofistikerede kvantitative forskningsmetoder, og har til formål at informere beslutningstagere i marketing og management sammenhæng, der opererer i dagens dynamiske beslutningstagende miljøer.
