Præsentation

My research revolves around the facilitation of organizational entries, such as onboarding and employee selection processes. I am interested in the temporal and social construction of employee selection decisions as mediated by the elements of the selection routine, e.g., assessment tools. Currently, I study how selection practitioners handle the meritocratic pressure for standardized ‘best practice’ assessment and selection, all while acting flexibly in the specific complexity they face in each hiring situation.
