Præsentation

Katrine Kunst is a PhD Student at Copenhagen Business School, Department of IT Management, working with TDC Group as her industrial partner. Her current research investigates the topic of how technology increases the observability of consumer behavior, and the subsequent impact on consumer preferences and choice making. Her research is motivated by a strong curiosity about consumers, and how they make use and sense of technology.

She holds a Master’s degree in Marketing from Copenhagen Business School. In addition to her academic work, she has extensive industry experience within digital marketing and consumer research from amongst others media/advertising agencies, and telecom. She has taught classes on social media management, social product design, mobile marketing, and youth-targeted communications at the The Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts - School of Design, The Danish School of Media and Journalism, and Copenhagen Business School, and is an experienced public speaker on social media at various conferences within technology, loyalty, and e-Commerce.
