This proposal addresses a very timely topic; it draws on an excellent data set; and the book will be edited by an experienced trio with all the academic credentials you could ask for. The COCOPS project is the best comparative data set available on administrative and public management reform. It will enable the project to produce a wealth of comparative analyses that will significantly increase our understanding of reform.
