Seminar: An international tax regime – how far are we?
The international tax regime is undergoing an accelerated period of policy development. The ability of some individuals and MNC’s to navigate the international system so as to construct shrinking fiscal presence, leaks and ensuing public outrage have driven states, multilateral bodies and the European Union to act.
