Yvette Lind has contributed with a chapter on taxation and democracy in the book “Tax Justice and Tax Law - Understanding Unfairness in Tax Systems”

Assistant Professor Yvette Lind from CBS LAW has written the chapter “A Critical Analysis of How Formal and Informal Citizenships Influence Justice between Mobile Taxpayers” in the book “Tax Justice and Tax Law - Understanding Unfairness in Tax Systems” which has been published by Hart publishing/Bloomsbury Publishing and is an outcome of the 4th Tax Policy Conference hosted by the Centre for Tax Law at Cambridge University in 2019.

The book attempts to provide some context and understanding of the broad concept of tax justice and consists of authors originating from four continents, chosen among nearly 100 candidates. Therefore, offering highly diverse and comparative perspectives.
