Assistant Professor Vishv Priya Kohli has written a blog post for the intellectual property law blog The IPKat (ranked as the ‘Most Popular Intellectual Property Law Blawg" of all time according to Justia rankings, February 2022), regarding the recently established Design Board (Designnævnet) in Denmark.
