Pedro Telles has published new Covid-related article in regard to public procurement

Associate Professor Pedro Telles has published a new article titled 'Extremely urgent public procurement under Directive 2014/24/EU and the COVID-19 pandemic' targeted at how the Covid-19 pandemic involved some major changes to public procurement in the EU.
 
The article is publish in the Maastricht's Journal of European and Comparative Law.
