Pedro Telles has 4 entries in new book commentary on EU Directive 2014/24/EU

Associate Professor Pedro Telles has four entries in the newly published book ‘European Public Procurement - Commentary on Directive 2014/24/EU’ as part of the Edward Elgar Publishing Commentaries series. 

The Directive contains the bulk of public procurement regulation in the EU, and Pedro comments on Articles 30 (Competitive dialogue), 59 (European Single Procurement Document), 60 (Means of proof) and 61 (Online repository of certificates)
