Præsentation

Henrik Andersen er lektor på CBS Law, hvor han har arbejdet fra 2003-2014 og igen fra 2018. Fra 2014-2018 var han senior lecturer på Lancashire Law School, UCLan i Storbritannien. Henrik Andersens forskningsinteresserer er især centreret om International Economic Law med særligt fokus på World Trade Organzation (WTO) og dets tvistløsningsmekanisme. Derudover interesserer han sig for handelsforholdet mellem Kina og EU, især hvad angår Kinas nye investeringsinitiativ ”One belt one Road” og antidumping.
