CBS LAWs forskning fokuserer på erhvervsretten ud fra et samfunds- og virksomhedsperspektiv. Forskningen tager udgangspunkt i erhvervslivets rammevilkår internationalt og nationalt på baggrund af globaliseringen og er derfor koncentreret om indholdet af og samspillet mellem international ret, EU-ret og dansk ret.

CBS LAW lukker midlertidigt som følge af regeringens lukning af alle landets uddannelsesinstitutioner. Forsknings- og uddannelsesaktiviteter fortsætter dog i videst muligt omfang online.
