The Association of MBAs (AMBA) has officially endorsed CBS with its internationally approved quality stamp for another five years. The verdict comes after a rigorous assessment involving academic and administrative staff as well as students and alumni.

Every five years, CBS needs to submit itself to rigorous assessment by the Association of MBAs, AMBA, in order to secure its coveted stamp of approval. The procedure involves faculty, staff, students and alumni and signals the highest level of quality and excellence in MBA programme delivery.

“After being through a meticulous assessment, we are pleased to announce that AMBA has yet again awarded us its accreditation, known globally for being a symbol of the highest quality in MBA programmes,” says Poul Hedegaard, MBA Programme Director at CBS.

“It is a clear differentiator for us as a school to be able to display the triple accreditation: AMBA, EQUIS and AACSB, and it sets us apart from our international competitors,” he adds.

The AMBA report commended all CBS’ MBA programmes, and the school is praised for providing an impressively personalised MBA learning experience. Furthermore, Blue MBA and EMBA students’ relationships with their employers are effectively leveraged to deepen this personalised approach to their mutual benefit. CBS is found to have a sincere, mission-led internationalisation and a global profile. The accreditation institution also notes that the research output of CBS’ faculty continues to be of excellent quality with an impressive proportion of overall publications in internationally renowned journals. CBS’ strategic focus on securing all graduates the Nordic Nine competences is considered an exciting platform for the development of a compelling and distinctive market proposition.

It is quite an achievement to receive an unconditional five-year re-accreditation and a recognition of all the hard work that faculty and staff put into the development of our MBA programmes,” says Anna Thomasson, Dean of Education at CBS.

She added, With the renewed AMBA accreditation, we continue to uphold our Triple Crown accreditation, which is a testimony of high quality.
