CBS is to appoint two new external members for the CBS Board of Directors

The two new external members must take on their positions on 1 February 2024 and will replace deputy chair Michael Rasmussen and board member Mette Vestergaard who step down from the Board upon the expiry of their second term of office.

The recommendation committee has prepared the competence profile below for the new external board members with input from the Board. The profile serves as a basis for the recommendation committee’s assessment of the candidates. The recommendation committee will nominate selected candidates for CBS’ appointment committee who will make the final appointment. The appointment is for a 4-year period with the possibility of extension for four more years.

Please note that the recommendation committee only will consider nominations for candidates who fulfil the requirements of the competence profile and are both willing and able to join the Board.
