One of the most influential thinkers within human resource management professor Peter Cappelli from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, is the keynote speaker at the morning seminar “Building a Workforce of the Future”. In 2015, HR Magazine named him one of the top 5 most influential thinkers in human resource management. Peter Cappelli’s resume is worth a look - among other things, he served as senior advisor to the Kingdom of Bahrain in relation to employment policy.

The presentation is the first of many organised by CBS’ Human Capital Analytics Group. The purpose of the presentations is to explore the drivers of business transformation and the related consequences for the way we manage our workforce today and should be managing it in the future.
