An American professor with years of practical and theoretical experience in creating sustainable societies is about to pay CBS a visit. Professor Donald Huisingh from the University of Tennessee has been working with 15 different countries on environmental policy, provided consultancy to more than 100 companies about environment-friendly production and is editor of the scientific journal Journal for Cleaner Production. During the lecture, he will touch upon how social upheavals, good examples, alternative paradigms and change agents can help generate innovation, which helps creating more just and sustainable societies.

He is also going to reveal how to better understand and improve the decision-making processes of individuals and organisations with a view to making better plans for a sustainable society.
