Opening of Erhvervsjuridisk Retshjælp (commercial law advice and legal assistance)

In partnership with the Danish student association FEJ (association of commercial lawyers), commercial law students from CBS introduce Erhvervsjuridisk Retshjælp, commercial law advice and legal assistance for entrepreneurs and small companies. In principle, the services will be offered at the Frederiksberg Court House.

The purpose of Erhvervsjuridisk Retshjælp is to offer free commercial law advice to entrepreneurs and small companies. Legal assistance is offered through general advice, but not specific case handling.

Erhvervsjuridisk Retshjælp is a group of commercial law students from CBS who offer voluntary legal assistance for free. They have all completed their bachelor studies (BSc in Business Administration and Commercial Law) as a minimum. The institution draws on a number of voluntary lawyers who are affiliated with CBS Law as external lecturers or researchers.

Erhvervsjuridisk Retshjælp is an association of which the board includes three members of the Danish association of commercial lawyers (FEJ), two external law lecturers and an employee at CBS Law.

The establishment of Erhvervsjuridisk Retshjælp is in line with CBS’ strategy, which aims to promote entrepreneurship and the CBS School of Entrepreneurship who assists new startups for the benefit of students, researchers and the business community.
