At this go-home meeting, Professor Torsten Ringberg and external lecturer Per Østergaard Jacobsen, Department of Marketing, CBS, present the results of their survey inspired by the Phillp Kotler book – “Ten Deadly Marketing sins”
When the business Guru Philip Kotler published the book "Ten Deadly Marketing Sins" in 2004, it was a clear message for companies to have better control of market and customers. The book describes the ten most common and fatal mistakes companies are committing, which discourages them from succeeding in their markets.
Now, 15 years later, we measure the temperature on the primary reasons that Kotler described to see how the companies see customers and the market compared to the students view.
