For this occasion, the program consists of three talks about our main theme: THE POWER OF DIVERSITY! Three different speakers will take us through a journey on how to achieve and deal with a diverse workplace from the get-go.
We will dispel the myth of diversity being chaotic and a team disadvantage and prove that it is rather a synonym of success, innovation, and stronger teams.

AGENDA:
15:45 - 16:00 Welcome to CSE! Make yourself comfortable, grab a drink and mingle with your next seat neighbour.

SPEAKERS:
16:00 - 16:10 Presentation of theme and agenda by Natasja Bjørklund, CSE Programme Coordinator.
16:10 - 16:30 Fatime Selini, Linguistic Specialist at Develop Diverse talks about the importance on avoinding gender-biased words in job ads and the importance of gender diversity within the workforce.
16:30 - 16:50 Alexander Hennings, Founder of NoviPel, will discuss how the company has built an inclusive and open workplace and why this is important for start-ups working in sensitive fields.
16:50 - 17:10 CSE Speaker talks about Diversity, Inclusion and StartUp Success.
17:10 - 17:30 Open Q&A
