Remenber to upload documentation for your quota 2 application

News

5 July at 12:00 noon is the deadline for uploading documentation to your application at Optagelse.dk. There are 7 things you need to know about documentation.

06/25/2020

1. Start early
We recommend that you upload your documentation and check your application one last time well before the deadline – you can already start now. Optagelse.dk closes at exactly 12:00 noon, and you may experience some waiting time on 5 July. If you upload your documentation close to the deadline, you might risk not being done by 12:00 noon.

2. Documentation for supplementary courses
If you have taken supplementary courses in mathematics, social sciences, Danish, English or another foreign language, remember to upload documentation to Optagelse.dk no later than 5 July 12:00 noon.

3. Supplement during the summer holiday
If you have passed or will pass your upper secondary examination this year, you can supplement math as the only course after 5 July.

If you passed your upper secondary last year or earlier you cannot take any supplementary courses during the summer holiday.

If you are going to study mathematics during the summer, you must:

  • write it in your application on Optagelse.dk
  • upload documentation for your registration to the mathematics course before 5 July at 12:00 noon.
  • send documentation as soon has you have passed the course.

Send the documentation no later than 15 September to:
CBS Admissions, Solbjerg Plads 3, 2000 Frederiksberg or per E-mail to bacheloradmission@cbs.dk from your CBS E-mail.

4. Diploma

Your diploma will automatically be attached to your application when have you applied with NemID and passed your last exam by the time you have applied.

If you graduate this year, you must apply via quota 1.

5. Confirmation of receipt of your documentation
You will not receive any confirmation that CBS has received your documents. It is your responsibility to upload everything correctly before the deadline. Therefore, it is important that you make sure that all the documents are attached to the right applications. If you can see that you have uploaded and attached your documents, then we can see them too.

6. Enrollment and COVID-19

7. Before you apply to CBS
Before you apply to university, you should really take some time to think about whether you want to start university now. It is particularly important this year as COVID-19 has made a lot of people apply to university for want of other possibilities. If you have planned to spend a year or two traveling or working, applying to university is not necessarily the best plan B.

Before you apply, please take a minute to read about what you have to consider.
