The special number is called "Organizing processes in the multinational corporation" and has enclosures from prominent researchers as Peter Buckley, Bernard Simonin og Marjorie Lyles.

"The idea of the special number is to put the organizing processes in the multinational corporation on the agenda" Torben Pedersen explains.

And Nicolai Foss supplies: "It is a perspective that we try to develop at our CBS Center for Knowledge Governance. The fact that we now have this special number of the journal shows, that the international research world understand and support our ideas".

A statement which is confirmed by JIBS's editor Arie Lewin in the preface of the journal "In my judgment this issue ... will stimulate research in heretofore insuffiently explored areas."
