Congratulations

Associate Professor, Ph.D. Ling. Merc. Gyde Hansen has been awarded the Hedorfs Pris for Research on Business Language. Gyde Hansen will receive the prize for being at the forefront of research activities within the field of “translation” for a number of years. Her 2005 Ph. D. thesis, “Störquellen in Übersetzungsprozessen", focused on the translation process and presented new insights into the optimization of individual students’ ability to learn how to translate.

Gyda Hansen will receive the prize on September 26th at the Communications and Language Forum 2006.
