Professor Bengt Domeij from Uppsala University will present a paper with the topic 'Limitation of the freedom to contract concerning covenants not to compete in Swedish employment contracts -- a behavioural law and economics perspective'


Professor William van Caenegem from Bond University, Australia, will present a paper with the topic 'The impact of trade secrets and non-compete law on the mobility of employee knowledge'
