Responsibilities
  • Organizing, documenting and linking a number of datasets that we collected and used for the two projects funded by the Novo Nordisk foundation and by Carlsbergfondet.
  • Establishing a procedure for updating the data (publications, patents, research applications)
  • Establishing a cloud-based solution for access to and secure storage of the data
  • Perform text-based procedures for linking different datasets and classifying data
