Camilla Nellemann
Presentation

Camilla Nellemann is Postdoctoral Researcher with the department of Strategic Management and Globalization at Copenhagen Business School. Her work centers on the organizational issues surrounding the digitalization of the manufacturing industry in Denmark, as part of the Manufacturing Academy of Denmark (MADE) initiative.

Camilla completed her PhD in International Management at Rikkyo University in Tokyo, Japan. The dissertation identified the main drivers for nuclear power promotion and conceptualized the internationalization process of nuclear reactor manufacturers.  Camilla holds a master degree in Business, Language & Culture (Japanese) from Copenhagen Business School. She graduated the Royal Danish Defence Academy as Lingust Officer (Russian).

Previously, Camilla worked as a Case Writer at Copenhagen Business School where she developed course materials for owner-managers concerning long-term planning, taught owner-managers online and offline, and measured the impact of these courses. Before joining academia, Camilla worked for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark, Saxo Bank A/S and the Danish Defence.

Camilla’s research interests lie in the areas of Strategic management, international management and organizational change. She primarily uses qulitative research methods, in particular action research conducted in close collaboration with firms.
