Alina is a Ph.D. Fellow at the Department of Strategy and Innovation at Copenhagen Business School. In her Ph.D. project, Alina studies how firm internationalization decisions such as offshoring or divestment affect the strategic human capital in these firms. On the side, she is Immediate Past Chair of PAC – the CBS Association of PhD students, and Board Member in PAND (PhD Association Network of Denmark).
Prior to applying for a Ph.D. position at CBS, Alina received a M.Sc. degree in Economics and Business Administration in International Marketing from Aalborg University (Denmark) and a B.Sc. degree in Economics from West University of Timisoara (Romania).
