We are pleased to welcome Professor (mso) Allan Hansen to Human Capital Analytics Group

Allan Hansen holds a PhD from Copenhagen Business School and is Professor with special responsibilities at Department of Operations Management. His teaching and research evolves around performance measurement, evaluation and incentives in organizations. His research interests lie in advancing insight into the effects of performance management design and reward systems in organizations in terms of firm value, individual motivation, performance and creativity. We look forward to collaboration with Allan Hansen.
