PhD course: Advances in Strategic Human Resource Management

June 8-10 we are offering the PhD course "Advances in Strategic Human Resource Management".
The aim of this course is to offer advanced insights related to the recent developments in the area of Strategic HRM, with a specific focus on multi-level and micro-foundations in SHRM research.
The course is taught by Dana Minbaeva (dm.smg@cbs.dk), Professor in Strategic and Global HRM, Department of StrategicManagement and Globalization, Copenhagen Business School and Barry Gerhart (bgerhart@bus.wisc.edu), Professor in Management and Human Resources, Wisconsin School of Business, USA.
