The Human Capital Analytics Group at CBS invites you to the open event:

Implementation of Strategic Workforce Planning: Barriers and Solutions

Strategic Workforce Planning enables companies to identify their future workforce demands with respect to their business strategy as well as to initiate the actions allowing to bridge the gap between organizational resources and competencies. Despite the recognition of the importance of the process, companies in Denmark rarely approach Strategic Workforce Planning activity in a systematic way.

We will present the results of the most recent research project on Strategic Workforce Planning implementation, conducted in Denmark during Spring 2018. After the presentation the results will be discussed with the HCA Group Advisory Board members:

  • Esther Bongenaar, VP HR Data and Analytics at Shell
  • Jacob Jeppesen, HR Analytics and Strategic Workforce Planning at Novo Nordisk
  • Henrik Gjesing Antvor,  Lead Senior Specialist at Vestas
  • Peter Hartmann, Director, Performance, Analytics and HRIS at Getinge Group

Central to the discussion will be how strategic workforce planning can be organized more effectively as well as obstacles that companies in Denmark encounter at the moment.
