Presentation

I work with research and educational activities at Copenhagen Business School (Department of Organization) and at The Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts, School of Architecture (Institute of Architecture and Design). My research interests address the link between architecture and organization, focusing on professional work and architectural practice and on the role of design and architecture in organizational settings.

My teaching includes issues of organizational theory, strategic design and design thinking, qualitative methods and case study research design. At CBS I teach and supervise Organization Development, Process Consultancy and Academic Internship at Cand. Merc. (psyk) and Strategic Design and Project Management at Cand. Soc.
