I am a PhD Fellow in the societal impact of organizational theory at the Department of Organization. My PhD project is titled “A critical inquiry into the undesired outcomes that OMT knowledge products related to creativity can have in organizations due to the complexities of translation” and is part the Velux Foundation project TITAN “Turning Theories into Actions”. This project aims at developing knowledge about how organizational actors interpret and translate academic knowledge, from Organization and Management Theory (OMT), when implemented in organizational practice.
