I’m teaching within a number of fields related to understanding organisations and organising processes such as Organisational Theory, Innovation Management, Project Management and Strategy.
My teaching is problem-oriented and address organisational and managerial processes and consequences in workplaces, organisations and networks.

Pedagogical experience/method skills/supervision

I supervise at all levels at CBS, from 1st year HA PRO. projects to master’s theses within Strategy, Organisation and Leadership.
I prefer to supervise projects in the fields of Innovation Management, Project Management, Change Management or Action Research Projects.
