My research focuses on how game based interventions can facilitate change management in Lean related changes. The project seeks to investigate the performativity of game mechanics in a game based change management leadership-training program. Using mixed methods the project studies the effects of the intervention on the work environment, leadership, performance and Lean maturity.
Further, the project investigates how game mechanics may be used as an integrated part of organizational change management process.
I conduct my research in cooperation with The National Research Centre for the Working Environment, Workz and Novozymes A/S. My data partly originates from the Change Competency Intervention (Forandringskompetence-indsatsen) and from fieldwork done at Novozymes A/S.
