My academic interests are within the fields of organization and leadership. I am in particular preoccupied with complexity and psychological perspectives, and how these can be transferred to leadership and consultative practices. My teaching is also about this, I teach at HDO in change leadership and innovation, and at cand.merc.psyk. in process consultation, in relation to which I supervise students in integrated practice projects, where they train process consultation in practice.
Primary interests are "people aspects" of leadership and organizations. In particular systemic, narrative and complexity aspects. I am a practitioner within theses areas through my company, Seidelin Associates.
I supervise in the fields of organization, leadership, process consultation, coaching, organizational change processes, change management, organizational innovation processes.
