Department of Organization

As part of collaborative research project "Gender Equality, Diversity and Societal Security," I am working with matters of diversity and gender in military organizations. I am responsible for the Danish contribution to this Nordic project which explores how increasing levels of diversity among personnel in Nordic security forces relate to changing perceptions of trust and security, both within these organizations and in their broader interactions with society.
As a part of the Diversity and Difference Platform at Copenhagen Business School, I am also involved in other research and development projects related to matters of gender and diversity in organizations, not least attending to relations between policy and everyday practices in organizations.
Besides the military field, I have also worked with matters of inclusion and the development of new policies within academia and gendered dimensions of the Danish welfare system.
