Presentation and academic fields

My competencies are within organisational sociology, project management and leadership philosophy. I have a profound interest in and knowledge about the courses and theories I teach, which started back when I was a student at the programme.

Professional and/or academic experience

Professionally, I work as a project manager at the Danish Employment Agency (Medarbejder- og Kompetencestyrelsen), where I am the project manager for branding the governmental work places. I've also participated in collective bargaining (overenskomstsforhandling) and built a new recruitment consultancy in the government sector.

Before that I worked at the Confederation of Danish Industries (DI) with improving their members' HR. At CBS, I've been project manager for Responsibility Day 2017.

I've also worked at CBS Teaching and Learning with improving the conditions for Instructors (student teachers), where I designed and taught the mandatory pedadogical course for Instructors.

Pedagogical experience/method skills/supervision

I really enjoy teaching and I believe that knowledge should be made relevant and alive in order to actually be converted to learning. This was the basis that made me apply for the teacher job initially, because I lacked it from my own teachers. I like to give the students a good and learningful experience, and challenge the way they interact with knowledge and their goals as students. I've taught and studied presentation skills, which I like to use in my own teaching.

I teach, examinate and supervise on the bachelor programme HA Projektledelse and have been doing so since 2016. The two courses I teach are within decision making and work sociology/philosophy. I supervise and examinate on the 1. year project and the bachelor thesis.
