Anne-Marie Skov has been a member of executive teams in global, publicly listed companies such as Novo Nordisk, Novozymes and Carlsberg for more than 30 years. She has been in charge of numerous global branding, cultural and identity projects as well as strategic revisions in connection with major changes such as mergers, demergers, acquisitions, plant closures, downsizings or expansions within pharma, biotech and brewing.
Since 2015 she has been in charge of the Tuborg Foundation, part of the Industrial Carlsberg Foundation, first as Executive Director and since 2019 as Chairman. She holds several other board positions.

Anne-Marie was appointed adjunct professor at CBS/IOA in November 2018.

Research areas: Transformation and change in organisations, branding, cultural identity and strategy development, purpose, mission and vision.  Philantropic developments in Danish Foundations.
