OT Publishing Seminars 2021

November, 2021 (exact date TBD)

(This workshop may build partially on the OT Publishing Seminar on templates in March)

There are no shortcuts when it comes to publishing, but this seminar is an attempt to at least make it a bit clearer how different kinds of genres require different ways of crafting arguments (essays, theoretical contributions, etc.)

"Ethics in publishing"

Reviewing is central to our work as scholars since we also contribute to academic debates with constructive criticism. This event consists in a presentation on key features of reviewing, followed by an optional workshop where participants receive feedback from experienced IOA scholars on their own review assignment (see separate entry on reviewing for the OMT Division for an opportunity to review). Post-docs (and others) are also welcome.
