Professor Silviya Svejenova Velikova has in a co-authored paper “Politics of Meaning in Categorizing Innovation: How Chefs Advanced Molecular Gastronomy by Resisting the Label” won the 2021 EGOS’ Roland Calori prize, awarded bi-yearly for the best article published in the journal Organization Studies over the previous two years.
