  • Accreditation in Health care

    On April 30 the Center for Health Management invites for a go-home meeting on accreditation in health care. Professor and General Practitioner Frans Boch Waldorff will focus on accreditation in general practice and present a project which evaluates this accreditation. Ivar Friis, Associate Professor at CBS will present theoretical perspectives on accreditation in general and comment on the evaluation design.

    After a successful seminar held in January, the PP Platform's cluster of Shifting Forms of Public Governance is ready for their second meeting in their seminar series. This happens on March 10, when assistant professor Justine Grønbæk Pors (MPP), professor with special responsibilities Anna Leander (MPP), assistant professor Rasmus Johnsen (MPP) and associate professor Sine Nørholm Just (DBP) each will give a brief 10 to 15 minutes presentation followed by a joint discussion and dialogue.

  • Workshop: Markets for Collective Concerns

    Despite the recent fall-out of finance, confidence in the market does not seem to be diminishing, but on the contrary, market mechanisms are becoming key instruments to deal with core contemporary collective concerns such as environmental pollution, security of supply of energy, quality of education, poverty and health care. On December 11 and 12 the Markets and Valuation Cluster hosts a workshop with a lineup of very remarkable scholars devoted to discuss the proliferation of markets that have been devised – not only to work economically – but also to solve key contemporary collective issues.
