The lecture by Jim Hagemann Snabe & Mikael Trolle has been cancelled

Jim Hagemann Snabe (Chairman of the Board in A.P. Møller Mærsk and Siemens and Adjunct Professor at CBS) and Mikael Trolle (Partner and Co-Founder in High Performance Institute and CEO and Head Coach for the Men’s National Team in Volleyball Denmark) have written a book about leadership in a digital world. Through their experiences in business and sport they argue that high performance requires attention to dreams and details. Dreams to inspire people to be part of something meaningful and exciting. Details to practice the performance of the critical capabilities that need the biggest change in order to reach the dream.

The book is about reinventing your business – while it still goes well. In a world of digital transformation ‘dreams & details’ help leaders to unleash the human potential to achieve exceptional performance. The book is about reinventing your business and your leadership - from a position of strength.

‘dreams & details’ is voted the leadership book of the year 2017 by Ledernes Hovedorganisation.

3.30 pm – 3.40 pm: Welcome by Professor Majken Schultz, Centre for Organizational Time, Department of Organization, CBS

3.40 pm – 4.40 pm: Jim Hagemann Snabe and Mikael Trolle give a lecture on their book ‘dreams & details’.

4.40 pm – 5.00 pm: Q & A

Afterwards there will be a reception outside of room SP202. Please note that due to the reception, registration for the event is required.
