Associate Professor Alexander Josiassen wins the best paper award at the 11th Annual London Business Conference.

Together with co-author Ebru Kuzgun, Bogazici University, Turkey, they received the award for the paper “Brand Loyalty states as Antecedents of Customer Engagement in Virtual Brand Communities”.

The conference was held in July 2016 at the Imperial College in London, England.
