05/14/2019

This award is the most prestigious Danish research award in this area. The award is awarded to Alexander for his many years of groundbreaking research in marketing & tourism. With his research, he builds a bridge between research and business and gives the Danish tourism industry growth opportunities and strategic lead. The award was presented at Dansk Erhverv, where there was also exciting panel debate with Jan Olsen from VisitDenmark, Peter Hogh Pedersen from Villa Copenhagen and Nordic Choice Hotels and Henrik Busch from House of Amber.

Danish Marketing Research Prize was established in 1955 by the Danish Sales and Advertising Association and the HD Club for Sales and Advertising under the name “Dansk Erhvervsliv's Pris for Marketing Research”. Over the past 60 years, the Foundation has supported the Danish business community by supporting research within the marketing economy area with the aim of ensuring the development of new methods and new knowledge to the benefit of Denmark's competitiveness and growth. Thanks to Dansk Erhverv & Lars Ramme Nielsen for arranging the event at the beautiful premises of the classic Stock exchange
